We're

Shur-Way Moving & Cartage Co. is a second-generation
family business, moving families and businesses since
1955. We have a fleet of 65 tractor/trailers and a 45,000
sq. ft. warehouse to meet all of your moving and storage
needs.
Shur-Way Moving & Cartage Co. has been a proud member in good standing
of the Illinois Movers' & Warehousemen's Association
since 1983.

When you move or place your property into storage, you
are entrusting everything you own to the custody and care
of a stranger; and you have every right to expect that
your property will be returned to you in good condition,
in a timely manner, and according to the terms of your
contract.
For your protection, state and federal laws require moving
and storage companies to be licensed and insured, and,
therefore, accountable for their business practices. All
movers are required to provide you (in writing) with consumer
information authored by state and federal regulatory agencies,
as applicable, and to participate in rate tariffs (which
give you a place to check rates and contract rules).

for moving both by the State of Illinois and the Federal
Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and our
license numbers are listed at the top of this page. Our
warehouse is licensed by the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
